Quick release fittings are used in applications where it is necessary to remove a hose end quickly and effortlessly. Dry-breaks permit a leak-free disengagement while retaining pressure, and use a bayonet style locking mechanism to achieve this. They are designed for use in fuel or oil applications and are available in sizes from AN3 to AN8. They are hard anosided to limit the effects of corrosion.
