Proflow’s cast aluminum intake elbow is designed for a direct fit onto your 4150 intake manifold, accommodating both GM LS throttle bodies and Proflow’s universal 90mm cable throttle body. Its slotted mounting holes allow for versatile installation, enabling forward, backward, or sideways orientations.

Utilizing advanced CFD technology in its design, this elbow features an internal vane that optimizes fluid flow, ensuring even distribution across the manifold. This innovation helps avoid concentrated flow spots, resulting in a more consistent air-fuel mixture and improved volumetric efficiency. A 95mm bore size has been chosen over a larger 105mm to maintain optimal air velocity which enhances throttle response.

The elbow is port-matched to a standard 4150 gasket and has a 10-degree downward angle to ensure bonnet clearance. It is equipped with two 1/8″ NPT ports and one 1/4″ NPT port for vacuum accessory plumbing. Additionally, it comes with a throttle cable bracket and integrated bosses for secure cable mounting.
